Executive Chef J. Russel Bradshaw has just announced the special menu available at the Lone Canary Wine Dinner. It will feature a spring mix salad with smoked trout, Lark Haven Farm feta cheese and lemon basil dressing. The entree will be seared pork tenderloin with mushroom demi glace, rosemary roasted potatoes and a vegetable medley. Dessert is a chocolate hazelnut torte. Sounds delicious!
We just had a FABULOUS night last weekend in the Robinson suite... Wowzer… amazing room, and we had the best dinner we’ve ever had up there too. The dining room had a lovely 3-course special that was affordable and wonderful.. what a TREAT!!!
