Maryhill Wine Dinner

This Saturday, October 8, is the final wine dinner of the season. It will feature the outstanding wines of Maryhill Winery, winner of the WA Winery of the Year Award. The menu, prepared by Executive Chef J. Russell Bradshaw, will include a house-made English muffin with lemon curd and Larkhaven Farms New Moon goatling cheese paired with the Maryhill Proprietor's Reserve Chardonnay, 2008. The second course will be a wild mushroom, Sunny Pine Farms goat cheese strudel with the Maryhill Proprietor's Reserve Barberra, 2006. Wild boar ossu buco with juniper, thyme spaetzle, braised red cabbage and Brussel sprouts and bacon lardons will be the entree, matched with the Maryhill Cabernet Sauvignon, 2005. For dessert you will enjoy a grapefruit parfait with the Maryhill Muscat Canelli, 2008. This suberb dinner is priced at $85 plus gratuity and tax.
